Troubleshooting
"Exports remaining: 0" but I just installed the app
The Export Counter is preserved across uninstall + reinstall on the same device. If you've used Theme Studio on this iPhone before (including TestFlight), your previous quota is restored. This isn't a bug.
To reset on a fresh device, sign into a different Apple ID, or factory-reset the phone (drastic).
My custom icon doesn't show up after import
Open Browse and tap the Custom chip (first chip in the pack picker) to see every custom glyph you've imported. If it isn't there, the import probably failed silently, re-import from the Import sheet.
The Shortcuts app crashes when I tap a customised icon
This is an iOS issue, not Theme Studio. Try:
- Force-quit Shortcuts (swipe up from Home Screen on the Shortcuts card).
- Reboot your iPhone.
- Re-create the shortcut (sometimes Shortcuts gets into a bad state for a single shortcut).
My theme didn't fully apply
Curated and saved themes apply icons, wallpaper, and widgets. If only some applied, check:
- The toggle row in the Apply sheet, make sure every category you wanted is on.
- Wallpaper still needs the iOS-level step (Applying a Wallpaper) after the in-app apply.
A wallpaper won't save to Photos
Make sure Theme Studio has Photos permission: iOS Settings → Theme Studio → Photos → set to Add Photos Only (minimum) or Full Access.
The paywall says "products unavailable"
- Make sure you're connected to the internet.
- Sign in to the App Store (iOS Settings → Sign in to your iPhone).
- Restart the app.
- If the issue persists for more than a few minutes, Apple's IAP servers may be having a temporary outage. Check Apple's System Status page.
My subscription didn't transfer to my new device
In Settings → Subscription, tap Restore Purchases. This re-syncs with your Apple ID. See Subscription : Restoring purchases.
Bakery icons don't line up with my wallpaper
Open Settings → Bakery → Calibrate Baked-In Backgrounds. Adjust until the test grid aligns with your actual iOS Home Screen icons. See Bakery for the full workflow.
"Reset App Data" didn't clear my export counter
Correct. The export counter is a usage limit, not personal data, so it's deliberately preserved. See Export Counter : Persistence.
Something else
Tap Settings → Support to email [email protected] with details. Include your iOS version, iPhone model, and what you were doing when the issue happened.
